Returns Policy 

You can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.  You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 21 days from the purchase date. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging with the original swing tags attached.  Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Please complete the returns form sent with your order.   All return items should be sent to:

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost.

We will not refund return postage in any circumstances.

Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer.  Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tallorderclothing.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  Tall Order Clothing, 4 Brill Close, Marlow, SL7 2RH.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
